So far, we have achieved our growth without traditional outbound activities and without a dedicated sales team. All sales processes are fully automated via content marketing. With this approach, we have reached over 20,000 users in more than 50 countries and achieved impressive growth of over 800% in recent years. Now we want to further accelerate our growth by building a strong outbound sales team to capitalize on the enormous market potential.

Your responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of outbound sales strategies: identifying and approaching potential customers who have not yet implemented an IoT solution.
- Lead generation and activation: Using telephone, email marketing and other outbound channels to generate and qualify leads.
- Use of success stories: Presenting our successful customer examples to illustrate the added value of our IoT solutions.
- Collaboration with the inbound team: Transfer of qualified leads to the inbound team for further support and closure.
- Market development: Focus on the German and European markets with the aim of scaling our products and solutions.
- Reporting and analysis: Preparation of regular reports and analyses to monitor sales activities and target achievement.
Your profile:
- Experience in outbound sales: Proven track record in implementing outbound sales strategies, ideally in the B2B sector.
- Industry knowledge: Experience in the IoT environment is desirable but not required.
- Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively engage and persuade potential customers through various channels.
- Ability to work independently: High level of self-motivation and ability to work in a fully remote team.
